  1. I first came across Living A Fi when you said I had a similar style to his. It is easy reading and very amusing. Once you start you just want to read it all!

  2. Luckily I discovered LAF right around the time I started on this FIRE journey. His writing was with me all along the way while I charted my path. If I had questions or concerns, there was a 9 out of 10 chance he had experienced it and written about it.

    1. He’s written about a remarkable number of topics. It’s amazing how detailed and lucid his writing is, too. Journals he kept as he went through work helped a lot, I’m sure.

    1. I’m right there with ya, Justin – great blog and wish he would write more, but yeah, we understand that when you’re retired, you might stumble on other things to occupy your time than sit in front of the computer.

  3. Thanks for sharing this one. I’ve found myself spending this entire weekend going through his career series. So much of it resonates, especially the changes in attitude that come with f.u. money. I can’t imagine remembering let alone writing about in such detail my career and finances from a decade ago.

    1. You’re welcome, FulltimeFinance, thanks for dropping by. It seems like Living A FI’s blog is one that people are most likely to binge read out of any FIRE blog that we follow. There should be a PLUTUS category for this! 🙂

  4. Thanks for sharing Steve!
I’ll be sure to take a look and appreciate you taking the time to put this together..
Gotta love the scientific method behind your posting schedule as well 😉 haha
